




Job Summary: EDC Motors is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage operations, organize information, and ensure orderly and timely execution of daily administrative activities. Handling of basic accounting tasks and bank reconciliation **Position: Administrative Assistant at EDC Motors** **Location:** San Pedro de los Pinos Metro Station, CDMX **JOB OBJECTIVE**: To manage operational functions by providing daily office support, ensuring timely follow-up on administrative tasks, organizing information, and guaranteeing orderly and timely execution of activities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Draft and send emails; handle postal mail and manage general correspondence. * Classify, organize, and maintain up-to-date physical and digital company files. * Transcribe notes, reports, and other documents; prepare reports; manage internal and external documentation. * Receive, classify, distribute, and dispatch correspondence to suppliers, verifying recipients and recording deliveries. * Provide general administrative assistance to other departments. * Control and manage bank reconciliation. * Maintain invoice records, process supplier payments, and perform basic accounting tasks. * Monitor and track petty cash, as well as draft reports. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and keep documents and workspaces organized. * Ability to interact clearly and effectively—both verbally and in writing—with customers and suppliers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as email and calendar tools. * Ability to meet deadlines and efficiently organize activities. * Aptitude to identify and effectively resolve problems. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration. * 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative role. * Ability to courteously and efficiently serve customers, suppliers, and internal staff. * Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), databases, and email. * Basic numerical skills. * Knowledge of database management systems or industry-specific systems (e.g., Aspel) is a plus. **RECOMMENDATIONS:** * Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Critical for correct handling of information and documents. * Confidentiality: To safeguard sensitive company and customer information. * Demonstrated interest, proactivity, and initiative in learning new tools and independently seeking solutions. * Teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively with other company members. **CULTURE AND PERSONALITY:** * Organization and efficiency. * Teamwork. * Detail orientation. * Detail-oriented and precise. * Responsible and reliable. * Discreet. * Communicative (verbal and written). * Proactive. * Adaptable. **Salary and Benefits:** * $10,000 to $13,000 monthly, commensurate with experience. * Punctuality bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits starting from the third month. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Interested candidates, please send your CV or contact 55//85//91//09//40 for more information.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
