




Position Summary: We are seeking a Travel Allowance Assistant–Administrative Assistant with an accounting background to manage, record, and control travel expense disbursements and support administrative tasks. Work experience in administrative areas. **Responsibilities:** · Answering phone calls and emails. · Informing staff of current guidelines and procedures for proper travel allowance allocation. · Reviewing, recording, controlling, and tracking travel expense requests and supporting documentation via the administrative system. · Carrying out the corresponding processes for authorization and payment of requests. · Reviewing and validating CFDIs. · Monitoring project-defined due dates. · Compiling electronic files. · Preparing monthly reports on issued and verified travel allowances. · Identifying bank deposits related to travel allowance reimbursements. · Following up on collections from debtors and issuing receipts. · Scanning documents (official letters, reports, invoices, etc.). **Skills:** · Planning and organization, · Communication. · Teamwork. · High sense of responsibility. · Tolerance for working under pressure. · Initiative. **We Offer:** · Job stability. · Excellent work environment. · All statutory benefits. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** Bachelor’s degree: $13,500.00 Intern: $11,000.00 **Hiring Terms:** Hiring will be conducted under the “Honorarios Asimilados a Salarios” (Salary-Assimilated Honorariums) scheme.
