




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized administrative assistant to support document management, report writing, and payroll tracking, with excellent communication skills. Handling and routing of administrative requests **Main Job Responsibilities:** · Filing, control, and organization of administrative and accounting documentation. · Preparation and drafting of memoranda, official letters, and internal documents. · Data entry and updating of information in administrative systems. · Preparation and tracking of requests related to payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, leave, vacations, etc.). · Support in compiling and safeguarding personnel files. · Control and tracking of internal and external correspondence. · Support in preparing administrative reports requested by management. · Handling and routing of administrative requests from various departments of the hotel. **Required Skills:** · Responsibility and punctuality. · Proactivity and organizational ability. · Ability to interact courteously and respectfully with colleagues. · Cooperation and teamwork. · Strong communication skills. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Basic knowledge of billing and administration. · Excellent spelling and writing skills.
