




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with a service-oriented attitude to manage quotations, service orders, and provide customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of quotations and service orders. 2. Direct interaction with customers for service and follow-up. 3. Administrative support and record control. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare service quotations and follow up on their delivery to customers. * Maintain and update customer account status records. * Administer and track service orders from initiation through to closure. * Validate and close work orders in the relevant system. * Prepare and maintain an updated daily log of completed tasks. * Support administrative record control within the department. * Provide service and follow-up on customer requests, maintaining clear and professional communication. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic proficiency in **Excel**. * Proficiency in **Word**. * Administrative information control and recordkeeping. * Use of computer equipment and administrative systems. * Customer service and interaction. **Competencies and Skills** * Proactivity. * Service-oriented attitude. * Creativity in problem solving. * Teamwork. * Sense of urgency and strong organizational skills. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication.
