




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to prepare and issue invoices, manage billing, and provide administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and issuance of electronic invoices (CFDI) 2. Generation of administrative and accounting reports 3. Confidential handling of customer information **JOIN OUR TEAM!!** **Location:** Guadalajara **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. \- Experience in billing and Excel proficiency. \- Knowledge of invoicing systems (SECOFI and FISCAL POP). \- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. \- Proactive, organized attitude with willingness to learn quickly. \- Minimum 2 years of experience. **Job Functions:** \- Preparation and issuance of electronic invoices (CFDI). \- Downloading and monthly billing control. \- Generation of administrative and accounting reports. \- Confidential handling of customer information. \- Support in administrative activities of the department.
