If you are organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting administrative operations using digital tools, working at Aantik could be the right fit for you. **We value committed, orderly individuals who work well in teams and use technology to simplify processes.** **Position: Administrative Assistant** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of **daily delivery notes** * **Expense entry** into the system * Registration in the system of information received via **WhatsApp** * Updating **inventory** (costs and selling prices) * **Customer onboarding** in the system * **Payment verification** submitted by drivers * **Application of payments** from customers and suppliers * Support with the **commercial dashboard** and basic reporting **Requirements:** * Experience in **administrative tasks** * Proficiency in **Excel (basic–intermediate)** * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Experience with administrative systems / ERP **Work Modality:** * **Hybrid** * Office attendance in **Santa Fe, CDMX** (1–2 times every 15 days) **Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm** * **Half-day Saturdays** **We Offer:** * Training * Professional development * Flexible schedule * Collaborative work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $7,000.00 – $9,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Mexico City, CDMX
