




Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and administratively focused administrative and accounting assistant to manage payment requests, reports, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payment request management and financial reporting 2. Monthly closing consolidation and operational reconciliation 3. San Jerónimo (Altreca Building, across from City Express San Jerónimo) **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 100% on-site Required Profile * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration (graduated approximately **2 years ago**) * **2 years** of experience in administrative roles * Intermediate Excel skills * Highly organized, responsible individual with an administrative focus **Mandatory Requirements** * Not currently employed (due to the temporary nature of this position) * Immediate availability Main Responsibilities * Preparation and follow-up of **payment requests** * **Income and expense reports** * **Monthly closing consolidation** and report generation * **Operational reconciliation** within the system * Management of **VAT refunds** Salary and Benefits * Gross monthly salary: **$18,000 to $20,000** * **15 days** of year-end bonus * **Meal vouchers** * **Individual SGMM** * **12 days** of vacation * **25%** vacation premium Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
