This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The as **Actuarial Analyst** will be to provide actuarial support for sales and brokers as an integral part of the process designing and placing reinsurance structures for various classes of business into the London and Overseas reinsurance market. **We will count on you to:** * Data collection and manipulation in spreadsheets and other database applications. * Analysis of client data, creation of model assumptions and financial analysis and optimisation of the client’s reinsurance structure using Guy Carpenter’s proprietary simulation software MetaRisk. * Preparation of client pitches, presentations and client meetings and participations in discussions with clients and reinsurers. * Communication and presentation of results and conclusions to brokers (and clients) in clear terms, tailored to the audience. * Support of the renewal process through reinsurance pricing analysis and support of the broking team in negotiations with reinsurers. * Deliver analysis according to internal analytical quality and compliance standards. **What you need to have:** * Bachelor's degree in Actuarial * Minimum of 2 years of experience. * Excel: intermediate (database management, pivot tables, vlookup) Programming: Python, SQL, R (additional) Reinsurance: some knowledge (desirable) * Sound oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus. * Good knowledge of MS office.
