Job Objective Ensure accurate recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting and tax information, guaranteeing compliance with tax, financial, and administrative obligations under current regulations, as well as supporting the business’s strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Accounting recording and control of company revenues, expenses, and assets. * Preparation and filing of tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes, DIOT, etc.). * Bank reconciliations and control of accounts receivable and payable. * Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for Management. * Calculation and review of federal and state taxes. * Support during internal and external audits. * Control and supervision of electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Compliance with obligations before SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other authorities. * Control of accounting inventories. * Coordination with administrative and operational departments. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree and professional license preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Proficiency in accounting systems (CONTPAQi or others). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Experience in electronic invoicing and tax filings.
