Job Summary: We are seeking a Public Accounting professional with experience in full-cycle accounting, taxation, IMSS, and accounting systems, possessing a proactive and ethical mindset to propose improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in accounting, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping, including CFDI 4.0, IMSS, and SAT. 2. Proactive, proposes improvements, ethical, and compliance-oriented. 3. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting (degree preferred). Experience in formal companies, accounting firms, or tax departments. * Full accounting recordkeeping (revenues, expenses, journal entries, reconciliations). * Proficiency in **CFDI 4.0**, invoicing, cancellations, and payment complements. * Income Tax (ISR) * Value Added Tax (IVA) * Withholdings * Provisional payments * Management of **IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, SIPARE, and IDSE**. * Filing of monthly and informative tax returns. * Electronic accounting and XML submission to SAT. * Bank reconciliations. * Accounts receivable and accounts payable control. * Preparation of working papers for monthly closing. * **Intermediate–advanced Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, financial controls). * Accounting systems: Aspel COI or similar. * Responsible, punctual, and reliable. * Proactive: does not merely execute tasks but **proposes improvements**. * Ethical, honest, and compliance-focused. * Growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning. * Ability to work **autonomously and with minimal supervision** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
