**“CCO SC” Company recognized in its LPG gas business is seeking the following personnel: “León, Gto”** **Accounting Assistant** **Objective:** Review of general activities in accounting and finance areas to assess the accuracy and integrity of financial information, analyzing compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements. Identify areas for improvement and financial risks through systematic reviews, aiming to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Functions:** · Invoicing, downloading of issued and received CFDIs · Payment complements (REPS) · Monthly reconciliation of income CFDIs vs. accounting records · Organization within the work area · Coordination with external auditors · Preparation of bank reconciliations · Reconciliations with suppliers · Accounting entries for accruals and month-end closings · Foreign currency valuation · Management of accounts receivable · Support in preparing financial statements · Intercompany reconciliations · Proposes improvements in processes, policies, and control systems. · Fixed assets control. · Knowledge of filing informative returns under Anti-Money Laundering Law · Collect, review, and analyze tax information from Group companies · Support accounting departments of Group companies. · Ability to analyze, diagnose, design, develop, evaluate, implement, and operate accounting systems. **Requirements:** · Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting · Experience: 2–3 years as an Auditor · Knowledge of accounting systems · Intermediate–Advanced Excel **Additional Information:** · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30-minute lunch break); Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. · Salary: Determined during the interview · Major Medical Expense Insurance for the Employee · Savings Fund: 2% · 30-day Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo) · Uniforms (as applicable per period) · Statutory Benefits · Position Type: Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
