




### **Accounting Assistant – Hotel Princess (Riviera Maya)** **Princess Hotels & Resorts** **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN THE PRINCESS FAMILY!** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Provide efficient accounting support by recording, reconciling, and controlling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy of accounting information, compliance with internal procedures, and active collaboration with various hotel departments, thereby contributing to orderly and transparent financial management. **PROFILE:** * 1 year of experience in the position. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP system (preferred). * Adherence to procedures. * Organized. * Team player. * Highly responsible and honest. * Excellent service attitude. **EXPERIENCE AND/OR SKILLS:** * Management and control of customer accounts receivable. * Performs bank account reconciliations. * Accounting journal entries. * Performs reconciliation of credit card receipts. * Enters bank data into Arpón for all bank accounts and follows up on bank claims. * Generates daily DC journal entries for receipts to review accounting accounts, debits, and credits. * Maintains updated customer and bank information; manages payroll and bank records. * Correct preparation and recording of daily journal entries for income and expenses. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Savings fund * Food vouchers * Staff transportation * Employee cafeteria * Uniforms **“LIVE AND EXPERIENCE THE PRINCESS DIFFERENCE”
