




Job Summary: Administrative support in accounting, including detailed review and authorization of invoices, document filing, and integration of payment complements. Key Highlights: 1. Integration of payment complements Provides support to the accounting department or the accounting supervisor within the company **Responsibilities** \- Detailed review of invoices submitted by branches and warehouses \- Authorization of invoices and downloading of corresponding journal entries for system upload \- Filing of documents \- Collection of payment complements for all payments made and integration into their respective invoices \- Familiarity with the company’s mission, vision, and values \- Adherence to working hours and code of conduct \- Knowledge of and compliance with the internal work regulations **Gross Salary:** $12,500.00 monthly gross **Working Hours:** 8:30 am to 5:30 pm // Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm // Saturday Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 per week Benefits: * Free beverages * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
