Participation in treasury management and audits. **At LASEC, we are looking for an Accountant** to join our team, aiming to ensure accurate control, recording, and analysis of the company’s financial information, thereby guaranteeing compliance with current tax and accounting regulations. **Working Hours:** * Position to be filled: Monday to Friday * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:36 PM * Location: C. LASEC 201, Col. Ciudad Gobierno, Parque Quantum, Zacatecas. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; a Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, or related fields is desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Accounting and Taxation. * **Specific Technical Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in Office, particularly Excel, and in ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo (preferred), or equivalent. * **Languages: English** * Computer Skills: Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Perplexity), Office, and ERP systems **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support monthly and annual accounting closings, including journal entry recording, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring correct application of NIF and IFRS standards, as well as timely issuance of reliable financial reports. * Perform and oversee key accounting and tax reconciliations—including bank, supplier, and tax reconciliations—as well as SAT vs. accounting reconciliations (VAT, payroll, DIOT, income and expenses), ensuring integrity and consistency of financial information. * Administer and supervise comprehensive CFDI management, covering receipt, validation, control of payment complements, cancellations, substitutions, assessment of tax deductibility, and monitoring of CSD status—identifying tax risks and ensuring proper alignment between the SAT’s Chart of Accounts and Aggregation Code and the internal accounting system. * Provide support and coordination for audits—tax, internal, and external—by preparing working papers, compiling supporting evidence, responding to requests, and following up on observations related to the accountant’s area and other involved departments. * Prepare, analyze, and automate financial, accounting, and analytical reports to support decision-making, financial control, and performance indicator tracking. * Operate and monitor banking platforms, including balance inquiries, execution and control of financial transactions, and their proper accounting reconciliation. * Plan, schedule, and control the supplier payment process, considering cash flow, aging of balances, payment terms, and adherence to established timelines. * Effectively participate in corporate treasury management by administering cash flow, preparing forecasts, analyzing liquidity needs, and promptly identifying deviations. * Maintain a strong focus on accounting and taxation, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate execution of financial processes, with the ability to provide cross-functional support to any Finance department area according to operational needs. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Savings fund: 10%. * Vertical career growth. * Job stability.
