Focus on quality and operational results. **Primary Position Objective** The primary objective of the Operational Manager is to coordinate and supervise their work team to ensure that common areas (facilities, assets, and equipment) operate under optimal conditions through proper control of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, while providing continuous feedback to their direct supervisors. General Responsibilities * Supervision and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Coordination of work teams. * Liaison with suppliers. * Control of logs and inventories. * Supervision of condominium common areas, ensuring they remain in optimal condition. * Preparation of informative reports. * Development and supervision of work plan execution. * Development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. * Resolution of pending operational issues in condominium common areas. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * 3 years: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Operational field (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
