We are looking for: **Maintenance Operator** * Flexible availability of working hours. * Proactive. * Responsible **Knowledge Requirements:** * Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry. * Experience using electric and manual tools. * Physical dexterity and stamina. * Minimum 2 years of experience. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in assigned departments and facilities. * Verify proper functioning of facilities. * Carry out general repairs in areas such as carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, among others. * Provide timely support to other departments as required. * Conduct routine maintenance on units located across various locations. * Respond promptly to any emergency situations arising in the facilities. * Identify opportunities to optimize resource usage, reduce operational costs, and promote energy savings. * Understand inherent job-related risks and correctly apply corresponding safety measures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas.
