We specialize in manufacturing cardboard packaging and containers. **Requirements:** * Proven experience: 1 year. * Degree in Maintenance Engineering or related field. * Preventive and corrective maintenance experience. * Experience managing indicators and KPIs. * Knowledge and hands-on experience in electricity, pneumatics, mechanics, and welding. * Knowledge of electrical machinery. * Driver’s license preferred. **Skills:** * Analytical * Intuitive * Decision-making * Critical thinking * Sense of responsibility **Primary Function:** Develop, supervise, maintain, and optimize systems and equipment integrating electrical, electronic, and mechanical components, under a PDCA work framework. **Specific Functions:** * Prepare quotations with suppliers. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company units. * Track work plans established by the Kaizen team. * Assist the coordinator by providing required tools for tasks they perform. * Carry out minor repairs for irregularities identified within the company. * Maintain and care for work equipment in good condition. * Assist in inspection tasks across facilities, buildings, equipment, transport vehicles, furniture, and general company assets. * Support replacement of equipment, parts, and systems required by departments, upon prior work order issued by the Maintenance Coordinator. * Assist the relevant coordinator at company facilities during installation or initial setup of specialized equipment and general assets. * Attend training programs related to the Quality Management System. **We Offer:** * Work schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Transportation service for arrival and departure (certain zones) * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Free uniforms and PPE equipment Employment Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Savings account * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
