**MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in the restaurant sector. You will be responsible for supporting preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and furniture, ensuring the restaurant operates properly and maintains its presentation. \-Morning shifts from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In case of emergencies or extraordinary situations, the schedule may be subject to change. \-Hotel Zone, Plaza La Isla 1, Cenacolo Restaurant, located by the lagoon, near the aquarium. **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance ***(\*electrical, plumbing, painting, air conditioning, refrigeration, light carpentry, gas installations\*).*** ✔ Assist in repairing restaurant equipment and facilities. ✔ Report malfunctions and follow up on maintenance requests. ✔ Maintain work areas and tools in good condition. ✔ Comply with safety and hygiene standards. **Requirements:** \-Age between 25 and 60 years \-Flexible availability \-Responsible and honest \-Valid documentation \-Own tools **We Offer** Competitive salary: $12,000 base monthly \+ $3,000 monthly bonus Statutory benefits.
