




Job Summary: Responsible for performing general maintenance, cleaning, maintenance of recreational areas, gardening, and access control in a condominium. Key Responsibilities: 1. Basic preventive and corrective maintenance of common areas. 2. Cleaning and maintenance of common areas, swimming pool, and recreational areas. 3. Care of green areas and access control to the condominium. A) General Maintenance * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas. * Supervise proper operation of electrical, plumbing, and sanitary installations. * Assist with minor painting, repair, and maintenance tasks. B) Cleaning and Maintenance * Keep common areas (hallways, staircases, entrances, etc.) clean. * Monitor order and proper waste disposal. * Maintain common furniture in good condition. C) Swimming Pool and Recreational Areas * Perform periodic cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool. * Supervise appropriate use of recreational areas. * Report any misuse or hazardous situations. D) Gardening * Care for and maintain green areas. * Perform pruning, irrigation, and basic garden maintenance. E) Access Control * Register external persons entering the condominium. * Verify authorization for suppliers’ or workers’ access. F) Logbook and Reports * Maintain a daily logbook of performed activities. * Document incidents or regulatory non-compliance.
