Knowledge in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and more WE ARE A COMPANY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING VIP SERVICES IN WAITING LOUNGES LOCATED AT TERMINAL 1 OF THE AIRPORT AND AIFA **REQUIREMENTS** · Gender: Unrestricted · Age: 25 to 60 years old · Education: High school diploma **·\*** Experience\*: 2 years in similar positions involving preventive and corrective maintenance, general services, electricity, carpentry, plumbing, cabinetmaking, painting, refrigeration, etc. **KNOWLEDGE** · Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities: · Electrical and hydraulic systems · Carpentry · Plumbing · Electricity · Painting and masonry · Drywall Refrigeration and air conditioning **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Timely execution of activities outlined in the annual preventive maintenance program, as well as corrective maintenance requests submitted by various departments, during assigned shifts, schedules, and areas. 2\. Daily monitoring of electronic communication tools, internal communication systems, and physical inspections of lounges to ensure prompt response to corrective maintenance requests. 3\. Conducting inventories of furniture and equipment within company-owned lounges. 4\. Performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, waterproofing, masonry, painting, and other tasks and trades inherent to the position. 5\. Archiving and securely retaining documentation evidencing completed maintenance activities. 6\. Coordinating unscheduled painting, patching, upholstery, cabinetmaking, plumbing, electrical, and other related works. 7\. Generating appropriate records to document performed maintenance work. 8\. Assisting external vendors’ entry for cases where maintenance is performed by third parties.
