




Job Summary: Coordinate all event details, maintain constant communication with the client, collaborate with staff, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Problem resolution and rapid decision-making Plan and coordinate all details and ensure everything is ready for the event day. Serve as the primary point of contact between the venue and the client. Must maintain constant communication with the client to understand their needs and requirements. Work closely with other venue staff, such as Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Maintenance departments, to ensure everything is prepared and in place for the event. Ensure the client is satisfied with the event and that their expectations are met. Must also be available throughout the event to resolve any issues that may arise. Verify that all event elements proceed on time and in the correct order, such as event start and end times, meals, presentations, etc. Resolve problems and make quick, effective decisions in case of emergencies or unforeseen situations. Conduct a detailed post-event evaluation, including customer satisfaction and financial outcomes, to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements in future events.
