**About the Role** We are looking for a **Digital Creative Designer** who blends creativity, strategic thinking, and performance orientation to design and optimize visual and copy assets for paid media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of **design, data, and technology**, leveraging both traditional creative tools and **generative AI** to produce, scale, and optimize ads across Paid Search, Social Media, and Programmatic channels. You will work closely with media and strategy teams to translate insights into high\-impact creative that drives measurable business results. **Key ResponsibilitiesMulti\-Channel Creative Production** * Design and produce digital creative assets aligned with campaign strategy and business objectives. * Develop cohesive, on\-brand creative systems across Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Video. * Write and optimize high\-performing ad copy (headlines, descriptions, primary text) aligned with visual creative. * Use generative AI tools to create variations, expand backgrounds, and accelerate creative testing and iteration. **Brand \& Platform Alignment** * Ensure creative consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. * Adapt creative to platform best practices (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.). * Operate with a high level of autonomy and ownership over creative execution. **Collaboration \& Innovation** * Partner closely with Paid Media specialists to iterate creative based on performance data. * Foster strong collaboration between creative, strategy, and execution teams. * Contribute to innovation in creative workflows, particularly through the integration of AI. **Skills \& Capabilities** * Strong organizational, collaboration, and project management skills in fast\-paced environments. * Ability to think conceptually and deliver bold, differentiated, and conversion\-driven creative. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Hands\-on experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL\-E, ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, or similar). * Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of writing for performance and character limits. * Excellent communication and time management skills in a remote\-first environment. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience in digital design, creative, or content roles. * A strong portfolio showcasing high\-quality creative, strategic thinking, and problem\-solving ability. * Proven experience using AI to increase creative production efficiency. * Demonstrated experience creating assets for paid platforms (Search ads, Social ads, Display, Video). * Advanced English is a must **Why This Role Is Different** * High exposure to strategy and performance, not just execution. * Opportunity to shape and scale AI\-powered creative workflows. * Direct impact on revenue and business outcomes through creative Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $28,000\.00 \- $32,000\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
