**What You’ll Do**
* **Logistics Coordination:** Plan and control shipments to customers and consignees, ensuring efficient resource utilization, cost optimization, timely deliveries, compliance with safety standards, and applicable regulations.
* **International Trade Operations:** Lead and coordinate import and export processes, managing relationships with customs brokers and logistics providers to ensure timely availability of goods and materials.
* **Billing Management:** Oversee the full billing cycle, ensuring accurate execution and recording of commercial transactions.
* **Materials Handling Coordination:** Manage dispatch and receipt of materials and tools for customers and internal teams.
* **Process Improvement and Cost Optimization:** Continuously analyze logistics and transportation processes to identify efficiency and savings opportunities—including per-kilogram freight cost analysis to support strategic decisions.
* **Compliance and Quality Assurance:** Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies across all logistics activities, including occasional exports of samples or demonstration units.
* **Daily Operations:** Coordinate domestic and international logistics activities, managing multiple tasks to ensure operational continuity and prevent stockouts at mining customers.
* **Travel Requirements:** Occasional travel for coordination with logistics providers or site visits.
* **Safety First:** Demonstrate full commitment to a world-class safety culture and zero harm.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Business, or related field.
* 3–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, including imports/exports and billing processes.
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency for data and manual process management.
* Proactive profile with self-learning ability, adaptability, and capacity for autonomous work in dynamic environments.
**Preferred Requirements:**
* Experience using basic ERP systems or manual logistics management tools.
* Knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
* Experience in mining or industrial sectors.
* Skills in process optimization and cost control.
