A Mexican company specializing in residential vertical construction is seeking a talented professional like you for the position of: **CONSTRUCTION QUANTITY SURVEYOR** **Requirements**: * · Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering * · Full-time availability * · Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction takeoff * · Proficiency in at least one ERP system (mandatory) **Job Objective**: * Generate concept catalogs with specifications and quantity estimates to quote materials for various group projects. **Responsibilities**: * · Review of execution drawings * · Coordination with project and construction departments to request information * · Submission of catalogs * · Preparation of concept catalogs including specifications and volume/quantity estimates for construction works and materials * · ERP system usage (Enkontrol, Neodata, Opus, or similar) **Required Knowledge**: * · AutoCAD * · Concept catalog development * · Takeoff and quantification of steel, concrete, structural steel, windows, metalwork, carpentry, drywall, finishes, and MEP installations, etc. **We Offer**: * · Negotiable salary * · Statutory benefits * · On-site work * · Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays half-day If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please apply.
