RENTAL MANAGER OR SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR MACHINERY **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (degree holder or candidate). **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Prospect new clients and build lasting business relationships. * Passion for sales. * Knowledge of heavy machinery (BACKHOES, DUMP TRUCKS). * Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals. * Achieve and exceed established monthly rental targets. * Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure efficient deliveries. * General knowledge of heavy machinery: applications, capacities, maintenance, depreciation. * General knowledge of construction and earthworks. * Effective communication, both verbal and written. * Ability to interact with clients and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in machinery, construction, or related sales. * Knowledge of the construction and heavy machinery sector. * Civil works experience. Skills: * Strong negotiation skills. * Ability to identify customer needs and develop value-added proposals. * Self-managed. * Excellent service attitude. * Communication skills. * Results-oriented. * Proactive.
