Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated physician with a service-oriented vocation to provide medical care to staff, promote occupational health, and manage safety and hygiene programs. Identification and monitoring of occupational risk factors We are looking for a committed **Physician**, with a service-oriented vocation and a preventive focus, to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to provide medical care to staff, promote occupational health, and monitor safety and hygiene programs within the organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide **primary medical care** to staff in cases of accidents or common illnesses. * Conduct **periodic medical evaluations**, diagnoses, and case follow-up. * Participate in the **implementation of health, prevention, and wellness programs**. * Prepare and update medical records in accordance with internal guidelines. * Identify and monitor **occupational risk factors**, in coordination with Safety and Hygiene. * Issue medical certificates, reports, and other documents required by applicable regulations. * Coordinate health campaigns (vaccination, nutrition, ergonomics, etc.). * Maintain **pharmacy management and control** in the clinic. **Requirements** * **Medical Degree**, with valid professional license. * Specialty or experience in **Occupational Health, Occupational Medicine**, or related field is desirable. * Knowledge of **STPS regulations and applicable NOMs** (NOM-030, NOM-036, NOM-017, etc.). * Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience in similar positions (industrial sector experience preferred). * Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and decision-making capacity. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * A professional work environment focused on employee well-being. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development.
