Join our team and be part of the future. **This expert will be responsible for:** * Receiving phone calls or messages from policyholders who need to report a claim or request roadside assistance services, such as towing, locksmiths, ambulances, or claims adjusters. * Tracking various policyholder requests, including policy payment status, reimbursements, clarifying questions regarding their contracted coverage, policy quotations, and endorsements for changes or modifications to their policies. * Identifying availability and assigning service providers—such as towing companies and assistance providers—to fulfill policyholders’ requested services. * Receiving the status or current stage of a vehicle under repair or of damage payments. * Administrative inquiries, procedural support, continuous feedback on areas for improvement, and validation of control over assigned functions.
