Job Description: **K\&P Packaging, a cardboard manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk** **Requirements:** * Minimum experience: 6 months * Must be over 20 years of age * Forklift operation experience * Class B driver’s license preferred **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering **Skills:** * Organization and follow-up * Teamwork * Customer orientation * Commitment **Knowledge:** * Fundamentals of logistics and supply chain. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Basic knowledge of ERP systems. * Inventory control. **General Responsibilities:** * Inventory control (daily, cycle, and general counts) * Receiving and dispatching of materials * Material and inventory management: receiving, verification, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials * Verification of quantity, packaging, labeling, and documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. * System entry of materials. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Control and recording of goods receipts and dispatches. * Assist in preparing and filing logistics documents (delivery notes, shipping orders, waybills, etc.). * Collaborate in coordinating deliveries to customers or internal transfers between warehouses. * Update inventory records in internal systems (Excel or ERP). * Inventory control (daily, cycle, and general counts) * Support continuous improvement of logistics processes. * FIFO tracking * WIP control * Packaging control **We Offer:** * Work schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. \- 5:30 p.m. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Option for indefinite-term contract * Transportation service for commuting (certain areas) * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Free uniforms and PPE * OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH Salary: Starting at $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings account * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
