The Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring the release of first pieces, audits of raw materials and finished products, layer audits, tracking quality issues, root cause analysis of quality problems, and training operational staff on measurement instruments. v Release and label finished product containers. v Conduct shipment audits. v Conduct layer audits. v Release raw materials and components. v Manage non-conforming product/material control. v Approve rework methods. v Develop control charts for special characteristics required by different customers (SPC). v Be responsible for the GP-12 process: coordinate inspectors and generate reports. v Issue and disseminate quality alerts.
