Procurement Intern Profile – Procurement The procurement intern in the vehicle maintenance area will support the management and control of purchases of spare parts, materials, and services related to heavy-duty transport units (trucks, tractor-trailers, forklifts, etc.). Main Responsibilities * Assist in requesting quotations and evaluating suppliers of spare parts and specialized services. * Prepare purchase orders and track their authorization and delivery. * Monitor inventory levels and participate in spare parts warehouse management. * Record and update supplier databases, including pricing and delivery times. * Collaborate with the maintenance department to identify spare parts and service requirements. * Verify invoices and related documentation for purchases and services. * Assist in preparing consumption, cost, and delivery time reports. Candidate Profile Education: Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Desired Knowledge * Automotive mechanics or heavy-duty service parts. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability for working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM preferred.
