We seek an Operational Logistics Assistant Manager with experience in warehouse operations, implementation of logistics technology, and delivery management, responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Profile:** * Experience in implementing or using ERP / WMS / YMS. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills (data analysis). * Experience leading operational teams (\+15 people). * Willingness to travel **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and optimize daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping. * Manage and coordinate distribution logistics and delivery management, ensuring on\-time and accurate deliveries. * Implement, administer, and improve logistics systems such as YMS (Yard Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System). * Participate in the development, implementation, or enhancement of ERP systems focused on logistics operations. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. * Coordinate operational and administrative teams to ensure achievement of objectives. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers to guarantee high service and support standards. * Supervise compliance with safety, quality, and internal process standards. * Propose and implement technological improvements and innovations in logistics operations. * Manage delivery, inventory, or transportation incidents, providing timely resolution.
