Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all warehouse activities, optimizing the supply chain and managing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented and process development focus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, and direct all warehouse activities (receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and returns). * Develop and optimize the supply chain with suppliers and internal departments. * Responsible for recording supply information and movements, FIFO, and inventory. * Ensure compliance with inventory levels, stock control, turnover, and loss minimization. * Monitor incidents (returns, delivery delays). * Conduct and control periodic inventories, including warehouse redistribution. * Manage documentation for product inbound and outbound flows. * Report inventory anomalies or discrepancies. * Establish an effective management system aligned with organizational needs. * Participate in reviewing logistics and warehousing processes to maximize efficiency. * Actively engage in smooth communication to serve internal and external customers. * Actively address departmental needs, resolve incidents, and manage returns. **JOB KPIs:** * Service level (number of on-time and complete deliveries divided by total orders, multiplied by one hundred). * Control of expiration-related shrinkage. * Inventory turnover compliance. **SOFT SKILLS:** * Conflict resolution * Analytical * Strategic thinking * Results-oriented * Planning and execution * Process development **WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL AND PERSONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
