Job Summary: An international logistics coordinator who prepares reports, manages shipments and documentation, resolves operational issues, negotiates contracts, and leads forwarding teams. Ensure effective communication and high customer satisfaction. **Coordination** **Responsibilities:** Preparation of reports for customers and management. · Manage cargo consolidation and deconsolidation. · Supervise proper import and export documentation. · Resolve operational incidents. · Manage contracts and commercial agreements with logistics providers. · Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery times. · Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses. · Develop strategies to improve operational margins. · Lead, train, and motivate the forwarding team. · Implement training and continuing education programs in international logistics. · Assign tasks and monitor team performance. · Implement operational process improvements to optimize time and costs. · Ensure effective communication with customers regarding shipment status. · Guarantee high customer satisfaction through efficient service. · Bill of Lading (BL) and waybill cutoff · Transmission of waybills and BLs Profile: · Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade regulations. · Comprehensive knowledge of air, sea, land import/export operations and customs clearance. · Knowledge of international logistics. · Familiarity with maritime, air, and land freight rates. · Cost and profitability analysis. · Knowledge of IATA standards.
