Job Objective Manage and control the finished goods warehouse, ensuring proper safeguarding of spare parts for tortilla factories and similar industries, maintaining accurate inventories, timely deliveries, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Functions and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record spare parts. Control inventory of spare parts and other components. Accurately identify, label, and locate each product. Coordinate order preparation for delivery or shipment. Supervise loading, unloading, and packaging of orders. Apply inventory control methods such as FIFO. Identify damages, shortages, or errors and report them to production or quality departments. Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety. Prepare inventory, delivery, and stock reports. Coordinate with production, sales, technical service, and logistics departments. Supervise warehouse staff or operational support personnel (if applicable). Comply with industrial safety regulations and internal procedures. Job Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in a finished goods warehouse, preferably in the metal-mechanical industry.
