




Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Developer with experience in land transportation, responsible for prospecting new clients, negotiating, and closing logistics services. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with operations for seamless implementation A Mexican 3PL company with over 10 years of experience, specializing in national and international dry-van land transportation (48- and 53-foot trailers). With nationwide operations and presence in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Chihuahua, the company is seeking a Business Developer. **Responsibilities** · Prospect new clients in CDMX and the metropolitan area. · Generate weekly meetings with decision-makers (logistics, transportation, procurement). · Present logistics solutions, negotiate rates, and close services. · Rapidly activate clients by leveraging your existing contact network. · Coordinate with operations for seamless implementation. · Maintain an updated CRM with commercial activity records. · Achieve monthly targets for meetings, quotations, closures, and billing. **Requirements** · Minimum 2 years of direct national land transportation sales experience, including face-to-face interaction with industrial, commercial, or logistics clients. · Active client portfolio (clients or contacts that can be prospected from day one). · Experience working under goal-oriented, high-pressure conditions with a strong commercial focus. · Excellent business relationship management skills and proven ability to open doors. · Knowledge of Mexican market logistics rates, routes, and requirements. · Proficiency in CRM, Excel, email, and office tools. · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (completed or incomplete). · Residence in Naucalpan or adjacent conurbation zone (CDMX – State of Mexico). **We Offer** Base monthly salary of $30,000 to $40,000 MXN (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions Statutory benefits SGMM TotalPass membership Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Company mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
