As a **Customs Operations Executive**, your mission is to coordinate customs clearance for maritime, air, land, and multimodal shipments. You will directly contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Efficiently manage customs clearance operations for assigned clients. * Register and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems. * Monitor operations and address client needs to ensure retention. * Ensure timely invoicing and cost alignment with standards. * Prepare operational reports and share information with the team. Ideal Candidate: * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within Freight Forwarding. * Experience coordinating customs clearance for shipments across air, maritime, land, or multimodal transportation modes. * Solid knowledge of the customs file lifecycle and tariff classification. * Familiarity with handling hazardous, textile, high-value, perishable, and vulnerable cargo.
