Logistics Operator Río Valle is seeking our new **Customer Service** ***Objective:*** Comprehensively manage warehouse OLR’s customer communication and service, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), accurate operational execution in the system (ERP), and timely incident resolution, thereby guaranteeing satisfaction, retention, and account growth. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Receive, validate, and enter inbound and outbound orders into the WMS. * Track order picking, shipping, and delivery. * Coordinate customer priorities and urgencies with operations. * Prepare daily/weekly performance reports. * Manage incidents (shortages, damages, inventory discrepancies). * Coordinate returns and special processes. * Validate information for monthly invoicing. * Participate in operational meetings with the customer. * Maintain updated documentation and order status records. * Resolve inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and timelines. * Handle complaints, incidents, and special requests. * Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. ***Responsibilities:*** * Customer satisfaction through active order tracking. * Communication of incidents and findings to customers and operations. * Ensuring accurate administrative execution of the account. * Ensuring operations meet the customer’s specific requirements. * Promptly reporting operational deviations. * Avoiding penalties due to SLA non-compliance. * Maintaining clear, professional communication with the customer. * Safeguarding confidentiality of commercial information. ***We Offer:*** * Fee-based contract. * Net monthly salary of $15,050.00 MXN. * Bi-weekly payments.
