We are looking for a **Customer Service** professional with experience in the textile sector, focused on attending to and following up with national and international clients, ensuring clear, efficient, and results-oriented communication—from the initial request through to final product delivery. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Development for Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of client service experience, preferably in the textile or garment manufacturing sector. **Age:** 22 to 40 years old **Gender:** No preference **Language:** **English mandatory (spoken and written)** **Knowledge and Skills** **Technical Knowledge:** * Textile industry and garment manufacturing processes * Colorimetry and Pantone system usage * Basic pattern making * Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop * Microsoft Office suite **Key Skills:** * Client attention and follow-up * Effective communication * Negotiation techniques * Organization and task tracking * Problem solving * Teamwork with design and production departments **Main Responsibilities** * Direct client interaction, understanding and following up on their requirements. * Ensuring the final product meets the specifications requested by the client. * Ongoing communication with clients in English and Spanish. **Daily Activities** * Reviewing and responding to client emails regarding ongoing orders. * Coordination and meetings with the design department. * Tracking sample scheduling and progress. * Reviewing cutting and sewing of samples. * Sending fabrics and preparing samples. * Order tracking and status updates. * Coordinating shipments, urgent deliveries, and courier services. * Supporting resolution of garment manufacturing and textile-related issues. **Additional Responsibilities** * Assisting with pattern making and sewing for sample development. * Coordinating with sample makers for garment adjustments and corrections. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development within the textile industry **Salary:** $15,000 to $17,000 MXN monthly + statutory benefits **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
