Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Account Executive with negotiation skills to handle customer service, logistics coordination, and supervision of customs compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service for internal and external customers. 2. Supervision of customs regulation compliance. 3. Logistics coordination and supervision of assigned personnel. WE ARE SEEKING: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field * Availability to work flexible hours * Teamwork skills * Strong verbal communication skills * Analytical ability * Negotiation skills * Leadership skills * Valid U.S. visa * Driver’s license KNOWLEDGE: * Customs Law * Customs Law Regulations * Microsoft Office * Intermediate English * CASA/SLAM systems MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Customer service for internal and external customers. · Accurate preparation of DODA/PITA documents. · Review of documents such as letters, invoices, waybills, customs entries, etc. · Validation and payment of customs entries. · Entry of proforma invoices and/or customs entries. · Ensure compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions, as well as payment of duties, taxes, and other expenses. · Submit proforma invoices and corresponding shipping documents for clearance. · Coordinate with logistics to position vehicles for shipment release. · Pre-review and verify with customs brokers that the shipment is complete. · Track empty container offloading and recovery of EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt, the document indicating container condition). · Supervise assigned personnel.
