Advanced inventory and warehouse management experience. Ability to drive a 3.5-ton van. Valid Class A driver’s license. Intermediate-level maintenance knowledge. Job Responsibilities Responsible for route coordination, product delivery execution, warehouse control, as well as supporting equipment and material resource installation and maintenance. - Coordinate routes, execution, and delivery of products. - Perform receipt, centralization, and optimization of material procurement. - Receive and deliver invoices and/or delivery notes. - Plan and execute receipt, shipment, and delivery of products and supplies. - Support service and infrastructure installation when required. - Conduct physical inventories and submit material requests to the Human Resources department. - Ensure proper vehicle operation, maintenance, and necessary repairs. - Monitor vehicle usage, condition upon receipt and delivery, and overall vehicle control. - Control gasoline expenses and area-related invoicing. - Support project personnel transportation. - Support installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, water leaks, drainage, and company facilities. - Support office facility conservation and maintenance needs. - Maintain office maintenance and cleaning logs.
