Inventory management and audits **Disposable and packaging distributor in Apodaca, N.L. is seeking:** **SHIPPING SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Unspecified * Bachelor’s degree * Age: 30–45 years old * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Minimum 3 years of experience * Experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution * Route knowledge * Experience coordinating with transportation carriers * Cyclical, physical, and rotating inventory practices * Personnel management experience * Knowledge of audits **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for customer order traffic and distribution (zone-based routes) * Coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure product availability and correct placement prior to shipment * Supervise assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established delivery timelines * Plan and assign delivery routes * Maintain vehicle control records for routes and unit loading * Inspect merchandise quality * Schedule delivery routes and verify their execution * Ensure compliance with the shipping process * Audit the process—orders vs. invoices * Control merchandise receipts, shipments, and returns, including associated documentation * Resolve incidents and issues arising during shipping and distribution processes **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary: $26,000 * Statutory benefits * Excellent working environment * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $26,000.00 per month Experience: * Logistics: 3 years (Mandatory) * Warehousing: 3 years (Mandatory) * Transportation coordination: 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
