RESPONSIBILITIES: * Computer operation * Vehicle control * Physical inspection of vehicles (odometer reading, fuel level) * Validity of vehicle-related procedures (road tax, emissions testing, insurance) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles (service tracking) * Verification of vehicle cleaning and sanitization * Maintenance * Facility inspection * Budget preparation * Supervision of maintenance work * Opening and closing of maintenance orders * Administration * Procurement of cleaning supplies and materials * Fire extinguisher inspection * Pest control monitoring Others: Purchase of stationery, interaction with suppliers, logistics support (delivery) as required. Ability to operate 1 1/2-ton vehicles Valid driver’s license required Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,452.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
