We are a leading and continuously growing telematics solutions company, seeking our next telematics platform leader—responsible for driving the technological and operational evolution of our telematics services for a major automotive manufacturer. This role will be pivotal in linking actual fleet operations with data analytics and innovation, collaborating directly with the manufacturer to generate value, optimize vehicle performance, and elevate service standards in the market. We seek a candidate with vision, results orientation, and passion for transforming the transportation industry through technology. Academic Background * Degree in Logistics Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * (Desirable) Courses or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or data analytics. Experience * 1–3 years in transportation operations, logistics, or fleet management. * Experience in vehicle monitoring, route control, or traffic coordination. * Experience working with operational KPIs such as fuel consumption, delivery times, productivity, or safety. * Prior experience with GPS systems, tracking solutions, or monitoring platforms. Technical Knowledge * Advanced Excel proficiency **mandatory** (pivot tables, data analysis). * Understanding of fleet operations (routes, drivers, maintenance, consumption). * Interpretation of operational indicators. * Knowledge of telematics, CAN bus, or vehicle monitoring systems. Key Skills * Analytical thinking and data orientation. * Ability to identify problems and propose operational solutions. * Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and technical teams. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Adaptability to learn new technologies.
