




### **We are looking for: TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST.** ### **Position Objective** Support the design, coordination, and execution of in-person training programs, ensuring employees acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties, aligned with business needs. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support the identification of training needs. * Design and update training materials (presentations, manuals, guides, and templates). * Coordinate and monitor onboarding and in-person training programs. * Support course logistics (announcements, attendance lists, evaluations). * Track training plans and evidence. * Prepare basic training reports and indicator monitoring. * Collaborate with department leaders to ensure proper implementation of programs. ### **Required Profile** * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in: * Human Resources * Psychology * Pedagogy * Communications * Administration or related field * **1 to 3 years** of experience in training or talent development activities. * Experience in **in-person** training. * Intermediate proficiency in: * PowerPoint / Canva / Design software / AI tools * Excel (basic to intermediate) * Desired experience in developing training materials. ### **Key Competencies** * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Creativity in material design * Results orientation * Teamwork * Proactivity ### **We Offer** * Monthly fixed salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Internal training * Opportunities for development and growth within the Training and Development area * Collaborative work environment **If you are interested in developing your career in Training and Development and growing professionally, apply through this channel.**
