




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telemarketing / Lead-Based Sales Executive to manage and follow up with customers interested in satellite tracking services, providing customized solutions. We are looking for proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented individuals to join us as: TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE / LEAD-BASED SALES What do we offer? Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company (interested customers). Contact potential customers via telephone to offer and renew satellite tracking services. Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions. Conduct continuous follow-up until sale closure and post-sale support. Register and update customer information in the system. Deliver a positive experience to strengthen customer relationships. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Rotating weekend rest Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Candidate Profile We Are Seeking: Sales experience (telemarketing, call center, or insurance) Experience working with leads (not cold prospecting) Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Results orientation and goal achievement Negotiation and closing ability Proactive attitude and customer focus Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: director, management, governance, regency, executive, managing, ejecutivo, telemarketer, telesales agent, cambaceo, sales
