Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Assistant to provide on-site technical support to users, perform equipment diagnostics and maintenance, and manage IT equipment relocations. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site technical support for hardware, software, and network users 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 3. Management of IT equipment assignments, deactivations, and relocations Telecommunications Assistant / Night Shift — On-site Requirements: Technical or engineering degree in systems, computer science, or related field (in progress or completed). Minimum 6 months to 1 year of on-site technical support experience and network maintenance, link monitoring. Basic experience with Fortinet and Fortinet policies. Fundamental knowledge of telecommunications. Switching. Proficiency with monitoring tools such as: PRTG, ZABBIX, NAGIOS. ***Main Responsibilities***: Provide on-site user support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Perform diagnostics, preventive, and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. Execute IT equipment assignments, deactivations, and relocations (laptops, PCs, iPads, printers, etc.).
