




Job Summary: This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, resolves incidents, monitors networks, manages platforms, installs equipment, and provides technical support to ensure technological operational continuity. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of the technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal operation of equipment, networks, cameras, turnstiles, and digital platforms. This is done by physically inspecting devices, resolving field failures, and managing replacements when necessary. This minimizes downtime and keeps critical systems operational. 2. Resolves technological incidents via the support ticketing system, ensuring rapid response times. This is done by addressing user requests from branches and corporate offices, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and resolving them in the shortest possible time. This enables staff to continue their activities without technological interruptions. 3. Monitors and optimizes networks, servers, and connectivity across all locations, ensuring operational stability. This is done by verifying the status of routers, access points, switches, and servers; rebooting or reconfiguring as needed; and escalating major issues to the IT Manager. This ensures stable, uninterrupted connectivity that does not affect operational systems. 4. Manages and supports platforms (iClassPro, BECSyS, turnstile systems, and access control systems), ensuring their proper operation. This is done by performing basic configurations, addressing errors reported by users, and resolving operational failures. This enables efficient use of technological tools across branches and corporate offices. 5. Installs, configures, and maintains field technology equipment, ensuring operational readiness at each branch. This is done by traveling to locations as needed, inspecting computers, printers, cameras, displays, and turnstiles, and confirming they function correctly. This prevents operational delays and ensures devices are ready for use. 6. Maintains and updates hardware and software inventory, ensuring correct equipment allocation across branches and corporate offices. This is done by labeling devices, recording movements, and ensuring each user has the necessary technological resources. This improves resource planning and prevents loss of technological assets. 7. Provides on-site and remote technical support to internal users, ensuring staff can operate without technological hindrances. This is done by resolving platform access issues, configuring equipment, and clearly explaining basic solutions. This enhances team efficiency and reduces recurring incidents. 8. Backs up and protects Club Cañada’s operational and administrative information, ensuring systems implement appropriate security measures. This is done by executing data backups, monitoring access, and applying basic cybersecurity protocols. This safeguards information and mitigates technological risks. 9.
