Coordination with technical teams **Profile:** A Surveyor with civil construction experience to join our team on urban development projects in Contry Las Águilas, Guadalupe, N.L. The position requires fieldwork, surveying, layout work, and preparation of technical reports with a focus on accuracy. The ideal candidate must be proficient in CivilCAD for generating 3D surfaces. **Responsibilities:** * Topographic surveys and leveling. * Layout and stakeout work according to project drawings. * Operation of total stations, GPS, and other surveying equipment. * Preparation of reports, drawings, and technical logs. * Generation of 3D surfaces using CivilCAD. * Support in elevation control and site supervision. * Coordination with technical, architectural, and engineering teams. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Surveying, Construction, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of field experience. * Proficiency in total stations, GPS, and software such as AutoCAD and CivilCAD. * Availability for fieldwork during the specified working hours. * Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to accuracy. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with a 1.5-hour lunch break) Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $25,000 MXN net. * 15 days of year-end bonus. * Gasoline allowance. * Job stability.
