If you have **3+ years of experience** coordinating services, supporting technical teams, and handling logistics, this role is for you. **What you’ll do** * Coordinate meetings between clients and engineers * Track service requests and follow up with clients * Keep CRM and documentation up to date * Maintain external engineer availability database * Review technical visit reports and generate weekly summaries * Support administrative tasks and calendar coordination * Confirm delivery addresses with clients and suppliers * Create shipping labels and track shipments * Support logistics and inventory-related tasks **What we’re looking for** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in service coordination, logistics, or customer support * Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools * Fluent in English and Spanish * A degree is a plus, but not mandatory **What we offer** * Full-time, on-site role in Roma Norte * International exposure and supportive team * Career growth within service delivery and tech ops * Salary aligned with experience Think you’re a good fit?
