Senior Unit Price Analyst ​Energy and Infrastructure Specialist ​We are looking for a cost engineering expert with proven technical leadership ability to join our team in Mexico City. This role is responsible for ensuring the profitability and technical accuracy of proposals for large-scale projects in the energy and civil sectors. ​Main Responsibilities: ​Proposal Integration: Prepare detailed civil works, electromechanical, and infrastructure budgets, ensuring correct integration of unit price cards. ​High-Level Bidding: Coordinate and execute preparation of economic proposals for public tenders (under the Public Works Law) and private tenders. ​Cost Analysis: Determine indirect costs, financing, profit margin, and additional charges with mathematical rigor. ​Input Management: Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs in the energy sector. ​Input Breakdown: Monitor and analyze labor productivity and heavy machinery performance. ​Candidate Requirements: ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (degree mandatory). ​Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in similar roles, with documented experience in road infrastructure, civil infrastructure, and energy sector projects (substations, electrical grids, or power plants). ​Software: Advanced proficiency in Neodata or Opus (mandatory) and AutoCAD. ​Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Public Works Law and Related Services. ​Offer Conditions: ​Salary: $26,000.00 – $30,000.00 net monthly (based on experience). ​Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. ​Work Location: Mexico City. ​Employment Type: Direct hire with job stability on long-term projects.
